IT IS TIME TO UNITE
Our workshops consist of 4 or 5-hours where you will be coached by the Co-Founders of Phase SiX, Jay & Steph Rose, who will reinforce the fundamental principles of functional longevity training.
They will provide you with in-depth knowledge to become proficient in Bodyweight, Kettlebells, & Crawling Patterns, whilst also providing you with the foundations to improve your mobility & durability.
By the end of the 4 or 5-hour workshop, you will also learn how to combine all of these movement patterns to create your very own flows & complexes, as well as be provided with progressions, regressions & valuable coaching ques to effectively incorporate them into programming & training.

The workshop curriculum has been carefully constructed to suit everyone, whether you are a beginner or advanced, all levels of fitness are welcome to attend.
