IT IS TIME TO UNITE

Our workshops consist of 4 or 5-hours where you will be coached by the Co-Founders of Phase SiX, Jay & Steph Rose, who will reinforce the fundamental principles of functional longevity training.

 

They will provide you with in-depth knowledge to become proficient in Bodyweight, Kettlebells, & Crawling Patterns, whilst also providing you with the foundations to improve your mobility & durability.

 

By the end of the 4 or 5-hour workshop, you will also learn how to combine all of these movement patterns to create your very own flows & complexes, as well as be provided with progressions, regressions & valuable coaching ques to effectively incorporate them into programming & training.

THE MOVEMENT REVOLUTION:
BODYWEIGHT WORKSHOP

The Phase SiX: Movement Revolution Workshop

 

In this 4-hour workshop coached by the founders of Phase SiX, Steph and Jay Rose, you will be provided with in-depth knowledge to become proficient in bodyweight and crawling patterns as well as how to combine these movements into flow.

 

Over the course of the event, which will also have a huge emphasis on longevity training, you will achieve a greater understanding of the fundamental principles in order for you to create a solid foundation that will work to improve your mobility, flexibility and durability.

 

It is time to perform at your highest potential, train more efficiently and move with intent and purpose.

 

This workshop is suitable for all levels and is ideal for movement enthusiasts and BJJ fanatics looking to take their game to a whole new level.

UNITE FOR THE REVOLUTION:
KETTLEBELL + BODYWEIGHT WORKSHOP

The Phase SiX: Unite for the Revolution Workhop

 

This 5-hour workshop uses both kettlebells and bodyweight training to reinforce the fundamental principles of unconventional training.

 

By the end of the workshop, you should know how to create your own flow & complexes, how to use the kettlebell with correct form, and improve your mobility.

 

You will leave with a much better understanding of how unconventional training can benefit your workouts & lifestyle.

One great thing about our Unite For The Revolution and Movement Revolution Workshop is that it isn’t exclusive to athletes or trainers.

 

The workshop curriculum has been carefully constructed to suit everyone, whether you are a beginner or advanced, all levels of fitness are welcome to attend.
