Our workshop consists of 5-hours where you will be coached by the Co-Founders of Phase SiX, Jay & Steph Rose, who will reinforce the fundamental principles of functional longevity training.
They will provide you with in-depth knowledge to become proficient in Bodyweight, Kettlebells, & Primal Movement training, whilst also providing you with the foundations to improve your mobility & durability.
By the end of the 5-hour workshop, you will also learn how to combine all of these movement patterns to create your very own flows & complexes, as well as be provided with progressions, regressions & valuable coaching ques to effectively incorporate them into programming & training.
