Phase III is our latest 5-day Bodyweight program with real-time, follow-along verbal instructions from Jay and Steph Rose.

This program is a combination of Phase SiX mobility drills and strength-based movements using minimal equipment (Pull Up Bar and Suspension Rings).

Phase III can easily be implemented into your current training/practice, or be the main focus of your workout!

KETTLEBELL + BODYWEIGHT

Phase II is a 5-day Kettlebell and Bodyweight program ideal for indoor/outdoor workouts with minimal equipment needed.

This program uses the 'less is more' training technique, allowing you to go hard on the strength-based days, and recover even harder on lower intensity days

Phase II is the perfect combination of strength training, mobility, and recovery, leaving you with plenty of time for other hobbies!

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

Phase I is 6-days of workouts with a heavy focus on the use of multiple unconventional tools, such as; Battle Ropes, Med Balls, Suspension Rings, and Barbells, mixed in with bodyweight movement, mobility drills, and flow.

This program is ideal for those looking to improve their Athletic Performance (strength/conditioning) and longevity. Best suited for a gym setting/well-equipped home gym.
