This workshop will be taught by Steph & Jay Rose. It is a one-day workshop, consisting of 5 hours.
This course uses both kettlebells and bodyweight training to reinforce the fundamental principles of unconventional training. By the end of the workshop, you should know how to create your own flow & complexes, how to use the kettlebell with correct form, and improve your mobility.
